Best & Less is seeking a Store Manager for its location in Oran Park. This is a full-time, onsite position.

We have openings in our Macarthur region for individuals possessing drive, leadership capabilities, and a dedication to cultivating shopping experiences that unite our community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales and profitability to surpass store objectives.
• Coach, train, and develop your team members.
• Utilise creativity in visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Manage stock levels, shrinkage, and daily operational tasks.

This is a fast-paced and dynamic retail setting where each day presents new challenges. Our team members, or "Besties," are central to our operations, focused on delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all customers.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of management experience in high-volume retail.
• A robust commercial outlook with demonstrated success in sales and cost management.
• A leadership style that motivates and develops diverse teams.
• A commitment to delivering superior customer service and upholding store standards.
• A creative aptitude for merchandising and innovative retail strategies.

This role is active and hands-on, requiring team members to be on their feet for most of their shift, assisting customers, replenishing stock, and maintaining store appearance. Adaptability, the ability to switch tasks efficiently, and comfort in a busy, high-energy environment are essential.
