Position Details:

• Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per year, plus Superannuation

About the Role: As Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Wagga Wagga boutique. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching, and supporting a small retail team.
• Delivering exceptional customer service consistently.
• Driving sales and achieving store objectives.
• Creating inspiring visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation.
• Managing rosters, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Conducting inventory management and stock control.
• Fostering a positive and enjoyable workplace culture.

About You: While experience in fashion retail is not essential, proven leadership experience and a genuine passion for customer service are required. Ideal candidates will possess:
