Prouds Jewellers is seeking a full-time, on-site Store Manager for its Peninsula Fair location in Kippa-Ring.

What We Are Looking For:

• Managerial experience is a must, with the ability to operate a successful retail business.
• A capacity for delivering outstanding customer service experiences.
• A proven history of exceeding personal and store sales targets and KPIs.
• Demonstrated skill in mentoring and coaching team members for success.
• A passion for merchandising and stock management within a busy sales setting.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Managing and motivating the store and team members to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Leading by example in providing exceptional customer service while achieving personal sales goals.
• Recruiting, training, and coaching team members to become high achievers.
• Maintaining high standards of stock management and shrinkage control.
• Merchandising products to showcase our range, adhering to promotional guidelines.
• Undertaking operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, general housekeeping, and retail administration.
