As a Store Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the store leadership team.
• Setting an example of excellent service and assisting the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers.
• Coaching the team on appropriate service behaviours.
• Assisting with the induction and training of team members.
• Ensuring merchandising standards align with business requirements.
• Coordinating stock.
• Utilising visual merchandising to enhance store presentation, aligning with store marketing plans.

What we need from you:

• Previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for customer service and developing others.
• The ability to coach and develop others, provide feedback, and maximise team performance.
• An ability to achieve results and standards through teamwork.
• An open communication style.
• Approachability and confidence when interacting with customers.
• An eagerness to learn about new products.
• Willingness to be on your feet assisting customers across a wide range of retail hours.
