As a Store Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the store leadership team.
- Setting an example of excellent service and assisting the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers.
- Coaching the team on appropriate service behaviours.
- Assisting with the induction and training of team members.
- Ensuring merchandising standards align with business requirements.
- Coordinating stock.
- Utilising visual merchandising to enhance store presentation, aligning with store marketing plans.
What we need from you:
- Previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for customer service and developing others.
- The ability to coach and develop others, provide feedback, and maximise team performance.
- An ability to achieve results and standards through teamwork.
- An open communication style.
- Approachability and confidence when interacting with customers.
- An eagerness to learn about new products.
- Willingness to be on your feet assisting customers across a wide range of retail hours.
