Store Support Manager
Coles Supermarkets is seeking a full-time Store Support Manager to join their team onsite in Waratah.

About the Role: Reporting to the Store Manager, you will provide support across all operational and people-related aspects of the store. Your contribution will ensure the store is exceptionally presented, creating a welcoming and engaging environment for customers, team members, and the community. This presents a valuable opportunity to advance your retail leadership experience.
About You and Your Skills:
- Ability to coach, lead, and develop a large team (100+ individuals).
- Proven experience operating within a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Capability to assist the Store Manager in meeting or exceeding key commercial targets.
- Commitment to simplifying processes and inspiring customers by upholding Coles' standards for visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and auditing.
- A customer-centric approach, with a continuous drive to better understand our diverse customer base.
- Dedication to fostering a "one team" culture that prioritises the health, safety, and wellbeing of team members.
