Cummins Inc is seeking a dedicated Storeperson to join a high-performing team in Adelaide. This full-time, onsite position operates on a day shift schedule, with hours ranging from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Training will be provided for suitable candidates who may be new to warehousing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods within the warehouse.
• Perform data entry and process orders.
• Inspect incoming goods for damage and discrepancies against invoices.
• Sort, label, package, and store incoming goods, optimising warehouse space.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods based on written or verbal requests.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct cycle counts and routine stock takes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area through housekeeping duties.

Requirements:

• A current Forklift license is advantageous.
• Previous warehousing or stores experience is preferable, though training is available for the right candidate.
• Ability to work unsupervised and commit to safe and efficient work practices.
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office (intermediate Excel), with the capacity to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• A good team player with strong communication skills.
