EC Throsby Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and organised Storeperson for a full-time, onsite position in Whittingham. The role operates on an 11:00am to 8:00pm shift.

This hands-on role integrates maintenance administration, inventory control, and stores responsibilities to facilitate the effective functioning of the maintenance department. It presents a valuable opportunity for individuals with backgrounds in maintenance, warehousing, stores, or administration who thrive in a dynamic setting and possess a keen eye for detail.

About the Role Reporting to the Maintenance Planner, you will provide daily assistance to ensure maintenance tasks are planned, documented, and resourced efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Generating and processing maintenance work orders
• Printing and distributing daily maintenance schedules
• Confirming completed work orders within the maintenance system
• Allocating and overseeing maintenance requests via MEX
• Receiving incoming parts and materials
• Organising stock and maintaining orderly inventory storage
• Performing regular stocktakes and inventory verifications
• Operating a forklift for the movement of parts, materials, and equipment
• Assisting the Maintenance Planner with administrative and scheduling duties
• Maintaining precise maintenance and inventory records

About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• A current Forklift Licence (essential)
• Prior experience in stores, warehousing, or a comparable position
• Proficiency with Microsoft computer applications and comfort with maintenance or inventory management systems
• Experience with MEX or other CMMS software (highly regarded)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• A proactive and positive disposition

Work Requirements

• Full-time position
• Shift hours: 11:00am – 8:00pm
• Availability to work two weekends per month as part of a roster
• Must hold a current driver's licence
