Sydney Tools is seeking a motivated Storeperson to join our North Lakes store. Founded in 2001, Sydney Tools is a family-owned business with 90 stores nationwide, recognised as a market leader in power tool sales and a key contributor to the trade and construction industry through reliability and uncompromising quality.

This is a full-time, permanent, onsite position.

Reporting Line: Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a forklift for loading and unloading trucks.
• Receiving and dispatching stock.
• Picking and packing orders.
• Maintaining and housekeeping of the warehouse and store.
• Providing customer service, both face-to-face and via telephone.
• Merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Collaborating with the dispatch manager and in-store sales staff.
• Availability to work every second Saturday (shorter day).

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Current forklift license (LF).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
