We are seeking a reliable and motivated Storeperson with an LF Forklift Licence to contribute to the future of Defence logistics. As part of our expanding Government and Defence portfolio, specifically the Defence Theatre Logistics (DTL) contract, you will play a direct role in supporting Australia's Defence capability.

This position is based at Damascus Barracks in Pinkenba, QLD. You will operate within a fast-paced, safety-centric environment where accuracy, accountability, reliability, and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods.
• Picking, packing, and dispatching orders.
• Conducting stocktakes and inventory control activities.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Operating warehouse equipment safely.
• Ensuring the warehouse is maintained to a high standard of safety and housekeeping.
• Utilising WMS (Warehouse Management System) and MHE (Materials Handling Equipment).
• Managing inventory, receiving, storing, picking, packing, and distributing Defence equipment, supplies, and materials.
• Performing tasks under the supervision of the Team Leader, ensuring compliance with Toll Government & Defence contractual requirements, Defence regulations, safety protocols, and operational standards.

About You:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or storeperson role.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills.
• A commitment to workplace health and safety.
• A Forklift licence is highly regarded but not essential.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Australian Citizenship is essential.
• Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Security Clearance.
