Edith Cowan University (ECU) is seeking to appoint a Student Success Advisor (HDR/PG) to join the dynamic community at its Kurongkurl Katitjin and Joondalup campuses. About the Opportunity This new and meaningful opportunity is within Kurongkurl Katitjin's Student Journey Team. The successful candidate will coordinate initiatives to support the success, retention, and completion of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Higher Degree by Research (HDR) and postgraduate coursework students. This role involves:
- Coordinating initiatives that support the success, retention and completion of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander HDR and postgraduate coursework students.
- Providing tailored advice, advocacy and holistic support throughout the postgraduate student journey.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with students, academic staff and key University stakeholders.
- Developing and delivering programs and resources that enhance student engagement, wellbeing and academic success.
- Contributing to a culturally safe and supportive environment that empowers students to achieve their educational and career aspirations.
