Studio Coordinator (Office Administrator) - Part Time
DesignInc is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and experienced Studio Coordinator to serve as the professional face of the business. This role involves providing administrative support across all business areas and managing the office and facility requirements.
This is a part-time, onsite position of 25 hours per week, allocated as 5 hours per day, located in Sydney NSW.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a broad range of daily tasks, which may include preparing hospitality items such as cheese platters and coordinating with tradespeople, such as electricians, to address office needs.
- Support the Marketing team with social media posts, event coordination, and various other administrative duties.
- Contribute to fostering an engaging company culture through event planning and implementation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an office customer service role.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Intermediate computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Approachability with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask with a high level of attention to detail.
- Capacity to engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable:
- Experience with graphic software such as InDesign and Adobe suite.
