Sidekicker is seeking enthusiastic individuals to act as Retail Sidekicks, representing brands within Independent Stores, Coles, and Woolworths. This role offers variety, opportunities to interact with people, and the chance to enhance product presentation on shelves.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with Store Managers and Department Managers to:

• Introduce new product lines to Independent Grocery stores.
• Ensure compliance with brand promotional activities.
• Negotiate for additional shelf space for brands.
• Merchandise brands to a high standard in Coles, Woolworths, and Independent Stores.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish stock, and construct visually appealing displays.
• Record information, take photographs, and submit feedback via an app.

Candidate Profile:

• Flexibility and readiness to travel within the Ballarat region.
• Efficiency, organisational skills, and strong time management abilities.
• Confident communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Energetic, friendly demeanour with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Professional and well-presented appearance.

Essential Requirements:

• A valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
• A smartphone for work-related tasks and app usage.
• Woolworths and Coles Contractor Induction cards.

Shift Details:

• Casual shifts with an hourly rate of $34.34 plus superannuation and travel reimbursement.
• Weekly hours range from 8 to 12.
• Shifts operate Monday to Friday.
• This is an ongoing casual position.

Work Attire:

• Clean, pressed dress pants or shorts.
• Collared shirt or polo shirt.
• Closed-toe, comfortable footwear.
