Teacher - Accounting & Finance
TAFE Queensland is looking for an experienced and motivated Accounting and Finance professional to join our teaching team on a casual, onsite basis at our Robina campus. If you are an expert in the Accounting and Finance industry with a passion for sharing real-world knowledge and shaping the next generation of professionals, this opportunity is for you.
You will deliver engaging, industry-aligned training that equips students with practical skills for careers in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial services. Delivery will occur at our state-of-the-art Robina campus. This casual role is designed to accommodate industry professionals, allowing you to share your expertise while maintaining strong industry connections.

About You
We are seeking a highly capable industry professional with a genuine desire to give back through education. To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping (FNS40222) or an equivalent or higher qualification.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or an equivalent or approved higher Adult Training and Assessment qualification.
- Demonstrated current industry experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services in Australia.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency of contemporary accounting systems and software.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver training, assess student work, and support competency development.
- A strong commitment to driving student achievement and real-world outcomes in accounting and finance, with the ability to engage, support, and motivate learners towards successful study and employment outcomes.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach and the ability to engage effectively with colleagues, students, and industry stakeholders.
