The Opportunity This role involves providing support to senior investment professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities are varied, requiring the management of competing priorities, anticipation of needs, and provision of support across the business. The successful candidate will be instrumental in organising people, facilitating project progression, and optimising team performance.
Responsibilities
- Complex diary and calendar management
- Domestic and international travel coordination
- Meeting scheduling across multiple time zones
- Preparation of presentations, reports, and investment materials
- Coordination of client meetings and internal events
- Expense management and invoice processing
- Management of confidential documentation and correspondence
- Office coordination and stakeholder management
- Support for team projects and operational initiatives
- Development of trusted relationships across the business
About You The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on making things happen. You are highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused, consistently staying ahead of requirements. You possess exceptional attention to detail, communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, and maintain composure under pressure.
Experience is required from a private equity, funds management, investment banking, financial services, consulting, legal, or corporate environment where quality and professionalism are paramount.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant within a financial services firm.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Absolute discretion when handling confidential information.
