Lyndons Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time, on-site Team Leader for our Salisbury branch. This role is considered one of the most critical for our business.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service, manage complaints professionally, handle calls efficiently, and cultivate a welcoming in-store environment.
• Generate and promptly follow up on new and existing quotes, ensuring all sales opportunities are addressed.
• Process invoices and sales orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate branch operations.
• Keep product knowledge current.
• Support promotional activities.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
• Manage inventory levels in conjunction with relevant teams.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
• Support recruitment and performance to achieve sales objectives.
• Contribute to business growth strategies by attracting new customers and maximising revenue through cross-selling and upselling.

Skills & Experience Required:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a retail environment in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
