Team Manager Woolworths Group Winston Hills full-time onsite

This role offers a competitive salary package.

As a hands-on leader, you will operate across different stores, motivating your team to achieve their best. You will partner with various store teams to deliver outstanding service. This is a full-time salaried position, best suited to an individual with flexible availability for early mornings, days, late nights, and weekends.

About the role At Woolworths, the Proactive Services team ensures trolleys are available and stores are maintained in pristine condition, fostering a hygienically clean environment for customers and colleagues. You will work alongside your team, contributing to the company's purpose of bringing good to everyone, every day.

What you'll do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team involved in cleaning, trolley collection, and waste support.
  • Create team rosters to ensure all daily tasks and operations are covered.
  • Collaborate with Store Leadership teams to identify challenges, opportunities, and upcoming priorities.
  • Complete time and attendance activities for team members, including tracking hours, managing absences, and ensuring policy compliance.
  • Order all consumables for your stores, such as cleaning supplies, and manage these within budget.
  • Provide hands-on operational support by performing core tasks alongside the team, including cleaning, trolley collection, and waste management, to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.

  • The ability to collaborate with other Department Managers and the Store Leadership Team to plan and coordinate routines and timeframes.
  • Organisation skills to ensure your team has the necessary equipment and supplies for safe and efficient work.
  • Comfort working within a regulated framework, including Food Safety, industrial regulations, and codes of conduct.
  • A valid full Australian driver’s licence (Green P’s or full licence) is essential, as you may collect trolleys using company vehicles.
