We are seeking a well-spoken, motivated, and high-performing individual to join our expanding business. This multifaceted role encompasses technical support, customer service, sales, and warehouse operations. You will be instrumental in providing technical assistance, processing telephone orders, and contributing to the efficient daily functioning of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Technical Support
• Address customer inquiries via telephone and email.
• Provide assistance and troubleshoot potential issues.
• Manage warranty claims, returns, and product-related queries.
• Communicate in a clear and professional manner.
• Sales Support
• Assist retail and trade customers with product selection.
• Process online sales and generate quotes as required.
• Suggest accessories or upgrades that align with customer requirements.
• Warehouse Operations
• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders within specified timeframes.
• Receive and inspect incoming stock.
• Maintain warehouse tidiness and stock organisation.
• Assist with inventory control and stocktakes.

• Comfortable using basic computer systems, including email.
