Job Responsibilities: As the Telco Sales Coordinator, you will support the Store Management team in achieving store-wide objectives. This includes fostering a culture of collective high performance and excellent customer experiences across the store, with a particular focus on the Communications department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Achieving sales and profitability targets for the store by providing ongoing training, coaching, support, and feedback to the Communications Team, prioritising the customer in all interactions.
• Leading and maintaining the agreed merchandising standards for the Communications Department.
• Ensuring all Communications Department activities adhere to compliance and legislative standards, with a focus on safety, including in-store processes and incident reporting.

Qualifications:

• You must enjoy working in a casual and fun atmosphere.
• Proven retail experience is required.
• A broad knowledge of Telco is necessary.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Experience in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities (preferably electronic POS systems), is required.
• The ability to sell retail products and merchandise is essential.
• You must be able to work both independently and as part of our consolidated sales team.
• The ability to work under pressure is required.
