National Tiles is seeking a full-time Trade Assistant to join our team at the Tarneit store. This onsite role operates Tuesday to Saturday, for 38 hours per week, with a salary of $35.43 per hour, plus superannuation, commissions, and benefits.

This position involves the daily oversight of Trade Sales and Warehouse operations, aiming for operational excellence and a superior customer experience. You will support customers by offering demonstrated product knowledge, expert guidance, and a commitment to high-quality service. Responsibilities include managing stock arrivals, preparing customer orders for dispatch, conducting stock takes, performing WHS audits, managing staff, and maintaining general housekeeping.
