W. Eagles Plumbing Supplies Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Trade Counter Hand for its Long Jetty branch.

Eagles Plumbing Supplies Pty Ltd has been a provider of quality bathroom, kitchen, and plumbing products across the Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter region, and the Mid-North Eastern Seaboard of NSW. This onsite, full-time role offers an hourly salary of $28.50. It is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys direct customer interaction, and takes pride in delivering practical solutions for trade and retail customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional over-the-counter customer service and technical product support.
• Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and ensure invoicing accuracy.
• Assist with warehousing duties, including stock receipt, pick/pack, and delivery coordination.
• Operate a forklift and maintain a safe, clean, and organised workspace.
• Collaborate with the team and Branch Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in trade counter sales, warehouse, or a similar environment.
• A current Manual Driver’s Licence and Forklift Licence (essential).
• Strong attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills.
• A ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy. Experience with stock management systems such as M3 is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the plumbing or building industry is highly regarded.
