Husqvarna Australia Pty Ltd, a market leader in supplying diamond tools, equipment, and accessories to the construction industries, is seeking an Internal Sales / Customer Support professional. We design, manufacture, and distribute one of the world's largest ranges of Husqvarna Construction Equipment.

This role is based at our Professional Contractor Service Centre in Murarrie. It is ideal for individuals possessing:

• Retail sales experience, such as in hardware, trade, tools, or automotive sectors.
• Experience within trade centres similar to Reece Plumbing, Tradelink, Total Tools, or Bunnings Trade.
• A background working with tools and seeking a change in pace.
• Strong technical aptitude and a genuine interest in assisting customers.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to Professional Contractor customers through phone, email, and over-the-counter interactions.
• Address product enquiries concerning diamond tools, equipment, spare parts, and accessories.
• Provide support to the external sales team with quotes, orders, and customer updates.
• Undertake warehousing duties, including receipting, dispatching, and stock control.
• Process invoices and complete general administrative tasks.
• Contribute to a safe, organised, and positive workplace environment.

Requirements:

• A customer-focused mindset accompanied by strong communication skills.
• The ability to acquire technical product knowledge, or existing knowledge from the construction, tools, or trade retail sectors.
• An enjoyment of hands-on, varied tasks, spanning customer service to warehousing.
• Reliability, teamwork, and a proactive approach.
