Goodchild Enterprises is seeking a dedicated and reliable Truck Driver/Warehouse Storeperson to join our team. This full-time, onsite position operates across our Cockburn Central and Yangebup locations in Western Australia. You will be integral to our warehousing, storage, and distribution operations, responsible for both the safe and efficient transport of goods and the movement of stock between our warehouse facilities. This role is essential for ensuring timely customer deliveries and smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate company vehicles to safely and professionally transport goods to designated locations.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes, adhering to traffic regulations and company safety policies.
• Receive, check, and process incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Organise and maintain stock within the warehouse, ensuring correct storage and accessibility.
• Pack, label, and prepare items for dispatch according to customer specifications.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse and vehicles.
• Communicate with team members and management regarding delivery status and warehouse operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid heavy vehicle driver’s licence with a minimum MR truck endorsement.
• Proven experience as a truck driver or in a similar transport role.
• Warehouse or stock handling experience is highly desirable.
• Forklift licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physical fitness and the ability to regularly lift and move heavy batteries.
• Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Clear driving record and professional conduct.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
