About the Role:

As a member of the store leadership team, you will significantly influence the customer experience through exceptional visual execution. You will lead and motivate a dedicated creative team, ensuring the selling floor is consistently well-presented, adequately stocked, and visually engaging, creating an environment that serves as a hub of style and inspiration for customers.

This is a practical position combining creativity with operational discipline. You will apply your personal creative style, robust VM principles, and enjoyment of a fast-paced environment to implement creative brief strategies. Responsibilities include managing stock flow, overseeing deliveries, maintaining floor standards, and styling displays, all while translating key seasonal trends into compelling visual presentations. Through your leadership, the Doncaster store will consistently inspire and captivate, delivering memorable in-store experiences that resonate with customers and contribute to commercial success.

Your Background:

• Visual Merchandise Styling experience within a retail setting, preferred.
• Visual merchandise qualifications will be highly regarded.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Capacity for effective communication and collaboration with team members.
• A preference for a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.
• A strong grasp of trends and styles, coupled with a genuine passion for visual merchandising.
