Peter Alexander is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to translate brand vision into creative merchandising strategies and lead the VM direction for the PETER ALEXANDER brand across multiple stores in Victoria.

Your designated region will encompass six stores located in the Western Suburbs, including Geelong and Ballarat. This role involves collaborating with the Victorian state leadership team to deliver visual experiences that engage customers. You will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring store teams on visual merchandising standards and direction.

Reporting to the Senior Visual Merchandiser / Training Manager for PETER ALEXANDER, your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring creative direction aligns with product and marketing direction across your Victorian store region.
• Developing and maintaining relationships within a small team and with key stakeholders to achieve innovative creative outcomes.
• Leading, coaching, influencing, and mentoring management and staff to achieve high merchandising standards.

To be considered successful, you will possess proven management experience, commercial awareness, and the ability to lead and develop a team. Multi-site management and previous VM experience are highly desirable. Strong people leadership skills and a passion for driving business forward are essential. The ability to utilise exceptional people skills to build strong working relationships across all levels, coupled with impeccable time management and organisational skills, is key to the success of this role.

This is a permanent, full-time, field-based Visual Merchandising position, available now. The roster is primarily Monday to Friday, with frequent 7 AM starts required.
