Sydney Tools is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. This permanent, full-time, onsite position offers a salary of up to $85,000 plus Super.

About the Role

As our Field Merchandiser, you will work across multiple Sydney Tools locations throughout North and South Queensland, ensuring every store reflects our high merchandising and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel between stores to implement and maintain merchandising standards.
• Execute planograms and in-store layouts in line with Head Office direction.
• Maintain exceptional store presentation through effective stock placement and organisation.
• Conduct merchandising audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Train and mentor store teams on merchandising best practices.
• Provide regular updates to Head Office on store visits, progress, and recommendations.
• Support new store layouts, promotional displays, and seasonal merchandising initiatives.

About You

• Previous merchandising experience is essential.
• Strong eye for detail and visual presentation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Enjoy coaching and developing others.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout Queensland.
