Seed is seeking a skilled and dedicated Visual Merchandising Manager to lead our VM team in Canberra. Our brand is recognised for its distinctive store design, precise merchandising, and unique VM concepts. This role is responsible for ensuring our high presentation standards are consistently and thoroughly applied across our Concept stores and Concession pads throughout the state.

The Role:

This is a maternity leave contract position. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining VM and store presentation standards.
• Developing training initiatives to enhance VM skills at the store level.
• Assisting with new store manager training sessions focused on VM standards.
• Overseeing the installation of in-store VM concepts.
• Applying, interpreting, and implementing the In-store VM Guidelines.
• Collaborating with the State Retail Manager and Store Managers to identify and act on VM opportunities that drive sales.
• Working with State/Area/Cluster Managers and In-store Visual Merchandisers to establish standards, provide feedback, and professionally and personably support store staff.

The roster is Monday to Friday.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A tertiary or equivalent qualification in Visual Merchandising is desired.
• A minimum of 2 years of Visual Merchandising experience, with fashion apparel experience being an advantage.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Good time management, organisational, and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• A passion for driving the business forward will be essential.
• People leadership skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A keen eye for detail.

To be considered for this position, you are required to hold a current Driver’s License and have a reliable vehicle.
