4wd Supacentre is seeking a dedicated Warehouse and Sales Associate to join our team in Rutherford, New South Wales. This permanent, full-time, onsite position is integral to maintaining efficient warehouse operations and delivering exceptional customer service within our retail space. Your contribution will be key to our business's success through inventory management, customer assistance, and workspace organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unpack, and organise incoming stock within the warehouse.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and process sales transactions.
• Maintain precise inventory records and support stocktaking activities.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and well-organised.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage returns and exchanges according to established company policies.
• Provide support for promotional initiatives and merchandising efforts in the retail area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or retail setting is preferred.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations for inventory management and sales processing is required.
• Possess the physical capacity to lift and move heavy items as needed.
• A commitment to delivering excellent customer service is essential.
