Service Sphere, a well-established importer and service provider of coffee machines in North Melbourne, is seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant Store Person to join their dedicated Warehouse team. This role supports various aspects of warehouse operations within a collaborative and safety-focused environment, contributing to the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while upholding high standards of accuracy and customer service.

Service Sphere services an array of coffee equipment and appliances for key foodservice accounts, including café chains, coffee roasters, and corporate offices. They provide a full-service solution for brewers, traditional, vending, and super-automatic coffee equipment, servicing major brands such as Eversys, LaCimbali, Faema, Slayer, De'Longhi, Rheavendor, Kenwood, Eureka, Bravilor, Mazzer, Wega, and LaMarzocco.

Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Receiving, unpacking, and accurately storing a wide range of goods.
- Assisting with cycle counts and inventory management.
- Maintaining high standards of warehouse organisation and cleanliness.
- Supporting ad hoc administrative duties.
- Operating forklifts for loading/unloading vehicles and warehouse organisation.
Knowledge and Skills
- Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, or logistics environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in receiving, picking, packing, stock control, and dispatch.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems, preferably Pronto ERP (desirable).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (desirable).
- Current forklift license (LF) and warehouse equipment experience (desirable, if applicable).
