HR Adviser Australia is seeking a Warehouse / General Labourer for their Truganina facility. This is a casual position with potential for permanent employment.

About the Role

This role involves supporting daily warehouse operations, focusing on the efficient, safe, and accurate handling of goods.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating high reach and double reach forklifts.
• Loading and unloading freight.
• Storing and restocking items.
• Picking and packing orders (experience advantageous).
• Assisting with container unloading.
• Performing general warehouse duties and maintaining housekeeping standards.
• Utilising warehouse computer systems for stock and order processing.
• Providing support to the warehousing and distribution team as required.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• A current and valid Forklift Licence (LF).
• Experience operating a high reach forklift.
• Experience operating a double deep reach forklift.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, order picking, or general labouring capacity.
• Good physical fitness and the capacity for manual handling tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to communicate professionally with clients when required.
• A reliable work ethic and positive attitude.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
