Temper Troops Air-conditioning and Refrigeration is seeking an organised and practical individual to join our growing team as a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator. This onsite, full-time role is crucial for supporting our technicians and installation teams by ensuring the readiness of all necessary stock, fleet, equipment, and daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth functionality.
• Receive, verify, store, and organise incoming stock and materials.
• Pick and prepare daily job packs for installation teams.
• Manage stock levels and maintain availability of parts and materials.
• Safely load and unload deliveries using a forklift.
• Move and organise air conditioning equipment, materials, and pallets within the warehouse.
• Assist with manual handling tasks, including lifting, stacking, and preparing equipment for jobs.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation of the warehouse, yard, and storage areas.
• Oversee company vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct basic maintenance checks and schedule servicing as needed.
• Liaise with suppliers, manage repairs, deliveries, and general warehouse needs.
• Contribute to the improvement of warehouse systems and processes.
• Provide support to the team as required to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Forklift Licence (required).
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, trade, or construction environments is preferred.
• Must be physically fit, reliable, and comfortable with an active role.
• Capability to safely lift and move air conditioning units, materials, and pallets.
• A practical approach to troubleshooting and task completion.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a sense of ownership for work.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to actively participate in all aspects of the role.

• Salary: $30 – $35 per hour
