Skinkandy is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the complete performance of its distribution centre in Maroochydore, QLD. This is a significant leadership position responsible for inventory accuracy, inbound and outbound operations, warehouse performance, and logistics, with overall accountability for all warehouse functions. The role is integral to Skinkandy's expansion into new international markets, requiring the management of warehouse scaling, new system implementation, and support for multi-country operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and optimise a multi-functional warehouse team, managing all receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Drive operational performance through the implementation of efficient processes, workflow management, and ensuring a safe, compliant warehouse environment.
• Manage end-to-end logistics for domestic and international operations, coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory, forecasting, and shipment performance, utilising data and KPIs to foster continuous improvement and cost efficiencies.
• Prepare the warehouse for international expansion by building scalable processes, systems, and capabilities to support multi-country growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience leading a warehouse or distribution centre, with strong people leadership and team development skills.
• Proven experience in international logistics or multi-country operations, coupled with robust stakeholder management abilities.
• A solid understanding of inventory management, warehouse safety standards, and operational best practices.
• Commercially minded individuals with a continuous improvement mindset, adept at using data and KPIs to drive performance.
• Systems proficiency, including experience with ERP/eCommerce platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Shopify) and exposure to WMS and process optimisation.
• Self-directed and outcomes-focused professionals capable of operating autonomously and supporting business growth and expansion.
