TLE Wetherill Park is seeking an enthusiastic Warehouse Operations Assistant to join their expanding team. This newly established position has been created to support business expansion and presents a significant opportunity for an individual aiming to develop a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and dispatching orders, alongside receiving, unloading, and organising incoming stock.
• Assisting with inventory control, stock takes, and general warehouse operations.
• Providing administrative support, including data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
• Supporting the office team with customer orders, paperwork, and daily administration.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, and couriers to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintaining a safe and organised workplace and assisting with occasional branch support duties as may be required.

What You Will Bring:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, logistics, or administration role is highly regarded.
• Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to contribute wherever needed.
• Keen attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• A positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Comfort working on your feet in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and confidence in completing administrative tasks.
• A driver’s licence is required.
• A forklift licence is preferred but not essential.
• Full Australian working rights; sponsorship is not available.
