Industrial Hose and Fittings Pty Ltd, Sydney's largest independent distributor of industrial hoses, fittings, and rubber products, with over 40 years of industry experience, seeks a motivated Warehouse & Production Storeperson. We serve diverse sectors including manufacturing, mining, construction, transport, agriculture, and food processing.

This full-time, onsite role in Blacktown offers a dynamic blend of warehouse operations and production responsibilities, providing variety, accountability, and avenues for career advancement.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders.
• Assembling industrial and hydraulic hose assemblies.
• Cutting hose, rubber sheet, and related products to customer specifications.
• Receiving and storing incoming stock.
• Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Collaborating with sales and warehouse teams to ensure exceptional customer service.

About You

We are looking for an individual with at least one year of experience in a warehouse or storeperson capacity. Experience with industrial products, manufacturing, or production is highly regarded but not essential. Full training will be provided to candidates with the right attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

You should possess:

• An enjoyment of hands-on work and a mechanical aptitude.
• Reliability, organisation, and a commitment to producing quality outcomes.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Basic computer skills and an openness to learning new systems.
• A commitment to safety and maintaining a clean, organised workplace.

Essential Requirements

• A current Australian driver’s licence.
• Ownership of reliable transport.
• Physical fitness, as the role involves some assisted heavy lifting.

A forklift licence is preferred but not essential.
