Warehouse Storeperson/Delivery Driver (Part-Time)

Network Steel is seeking a dependable Warehouse Storeperson/Delivery Driver to contribute to our active warehouse operations at our Morningside branch. This is a permanent part-time position, offering 30 hours per week, specifically on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Reporting to the Inventory & Stock Controller, you will be instrumental in ensuring our warehouse functions efficiently and that customer orders are delivered safely and punctually. The role encompasses a blend of warehouse duties and local ute deliveries as needed.

About the Role:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Picking and packing customer orders.
- Loading and unloading trucks.
- Receiving and verifying incoming stock.
- Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
- Performing general warehouse duties.
- Completing local ute deliveries when required.
- Providing friendly and professional customer service during deliveries.
About You:

You will also possess:
- A current manual driver’s licence (essential).
- A current Forklift Licence (essential).
- Prior experience in a warehouse or store person capacity.
- The capacity to safely lift and handle steel products.
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to assist where needed.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
