Warehouse Team Lead – Drake International
Location: Forrestdale Work Type: Full-time, Onsite Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per annum, with an annual salary review.
Drake International is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Lead. This role is for an individual who enjoys leading by example and thrives in a fast-paced trade and hardware setting. What You Will Bring:
- Demonstrated experience in a Warehouse Team Lead, Supervisor, or comparable role within warehousing, logistics, trade, or distribution.
- A current Forklift Licence (LF) with recent operational experience.
- A hands-on approach, with a willingness to lead by example and support the team on the warehouse floor.
- Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of positive working relationships.
- Sound computer proficiency, including confidence in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
- A desire for a long-term opportunity with a stable and growing organisation.
- Residency in or willingness to commute to the Forrestdale area.
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical assessment and comprehensive background checks.
