Harbourside Coldstores is an export registered cold storage and logistics business serving diverse export and domestic clients. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse/Transport Supervisor to join our Townsville team.

This full-time, onsite role involves leading a small team responsible for the operational functions of our Townsville cold storage facility, with a particular emphasis on transport and cross-docking activities. Key responsibilities include the safe and efficient loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring freight is handled with care, and maintaining high standards for general warehousing and housekeeping.

This is a hands-on position for a motivated individual focused on continuous improvement. You will be provided with the necessary resources and operate with autonomy.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Supervisory experience within a warehousing or transport environment.
• Forklift License.
• An HC licence is highly regarded.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the smooth and effective operation of the Townsville Coldstore.
• Actively participate in daily operations, including loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring the care of staff, stock, and equipment.
