An award-winning organisation based in Rocklea is seeking a Warranty Coordinator for a fast-paced, 4–5 month contract. This role offers an opportunity to step in, take ownership, and bring structure to a busy warranty function.
This position is ideal for an individual with a background in warranty coordination or claims processing, who can effectively manage workflows, align stakeholders, and ensure service delivery is maintained without constant oversight.
About the Role
The Warranty Coordinator will manage warranty activities from intake through to completion, serving as the primary liaison between customers, technicians, and internal teams. The focus is on maintaining momentum, ensuring accuracy, and facilitating clear communication to prevent delays.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate warranty requests, ensuring timely acknowledgement and action.
- Manage communication across customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Schedule inspections, repairs, and technician visits.
- Maintain accurate systems, documentation, and workflow tracking.
- Actively follow up on outstanding actions to ensure case progression.
- Support reporting efforts and maintain visibility of the warranty pipeline.
About You
You will have prior experience in a warranty coordination or claims processing environment, with a demonstrated ability to manage volume while maintaining attention to detail.
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to confidently manage diverse stakeholders.
- Be comfortable juggling competing priorities and working both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate high organisational skills with a focus on accuracy, follow-through, and accountability.
- Be proficient working across systems such as MS Office and CRM platforms.
Exposure to industries such as residential construction, manufacturing, or insurance, or similar, will be advantageous. A practical understanding of warranty and service processes is important.
