About the Role
The Workforce Executive Support Officer will deliver essential workforce and administrative support. This includes managing recruitment processes, facilitating onboarding, overseeing rostering, handling payroll matters, supporting operational functions, and providing confidential executive support to Food Services leadership. Effective communication and liaison with internal and external stakeholders are key aspects of this role.
About You
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the capacity to fulfil the following key accountabilities, aligning with Metro North Health's values:
- Create and maintain all monthly rosters for the Patient Food Service, covering approximately 108 Full-Time Equivalents across various positions.
- Ensure data accuracy and timeliness within IWFM/HR/Payroll systems for roster maintenance and staffing requirements. This involves consulting with Food Services Coordinators on roster needs and implementing rostering strategies in adherence to relevant awards and policies.
- Process all leave applications through IWFM to ensure accurate staff remuneration.
- Provide high-level, confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Assistant Director Food Services and Site Coordinator RBWH. This includes managing secretarial functions for relevant meetings and preparing and distributing agendas and associated documents.
