Assistant Client-Side Project Manager
Lead Group is seeking an ambitious and driven individual for an Assistant Client-Side Project Manager role in Sydney, NSW. This full-time, onsite position offers a salary of $110,000 – $130,000 per year.

The Opportunity As an Assistant Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with Directors and Project Managers throughout all phases of project delivery. You will gain exposure to:

Your responsibilities will include assisting with:
- Project delivery from feasibility to completion
- Consultant and stakeholder coordination
- Procurement and contract administration
- Client reporting and project documentation
- Design coordination and project meetings
- Programme, cost, and risk management
- Site inspections and construction phase support
As your experience develops, you will progressively assume ownership of your own projects, with continued support and mentoring from senior team members.
About You We are seeking an individual with the right attitude alongside relevant experience. You likely possess:
- 1–4 years of experience in client-side, property, or project management.
- Exposure to commercial projects is highly regarded.
- A degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Property, or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to learn.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of your work.
Experience within a client-side consultancy is highly regarded. However, candidates from commercial builder, architecture, engineering, or consultancy backgrounds looking to transition into client-side project management are also welcome.
