Company: Increase Construction Location: Brisbane QLD Work Type: Full-time Onsite/Remote: Onsite Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 total package per year (plus Bonus Pool)

Increase Construction is seeking a Site Supervisor/Project Manager for insurance repair projects throughout the Brisbane region. This role involves end-to-end management of residential repairs and works, ensuring delivery to the highest standard. You will have significant autonomy to organise and manage projects as you deem appropriate.

This is a management role focused on overseeing trades, ensuring work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule. You will serve as the primary liaison between the Insured and Insurer. While project scope will vary, the commitment to quality work and job security remains constant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee projects from initial site inspection to final completion.
• Develop scopes of work, pricing, and cost estimations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal trade teams.
• Supervise onsite works to uphold safety and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to building codes and WHS requirements.
• Liaise with clients, insurers, and the internal office team.
• Maintain project documentation using construction management software.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and contractors.

What You’ll Need:

• Trade qualification (Carpentry preferred) and a CERT 4.
• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leading hand capacity.
• Solid understanding of insurance construction processes.
• Familiarity with NCC, WHS, and relevant codes.
• Effective communication and leadership capabilities.
• Valid White Card and Driver’s Licence.
• Working at Heights ticket (preferred).
