The Downing Network Pty Ltd, a specialist recruitment firm for the Construction & Infrastructure sectors, seeks experienced Site Managers for two available positions.

This is an opportunity to join a well-respected, award-winning builder that is privately owned and has established a stable delivery team and a loyal client base. The company undertakes projects across Victoria.

The Role Our client is seeking Site Managers with the following demonstrated experience:

• Project delivery experience ranging from $5M to $10M. The current project is valued at $8M and is scheduled to commence in August.
• Experience with institutional projects incorporating mixed-use elements such as gyms, kitchens, and pools, along with office spaces.
• Interest in a diverse project portfolio, including new builds, commercial, and institutional developments.
• Proven ability to lead and manage projects from inception through to handover.
• Capacity for decision-making, team development, and subcontractor management.
• A commitment to safety is essential.
