Contracts Administrator - QLD
Glenvill Pty Ltd is seeking an organised, detail-oriented individual to join our Contracts & Compliance team as a Contracts Administrator in Loganholme. This is a full-time, onsite position.

About the Role
Reporting to the State Contracts & Compliance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and coordinating residential building contracts from sales acceptance through to execution.
- Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure all contract documentation is accurate, compliant, and delivered within agreed service levels.
- Contributing to an outstanding client experience through attention to detail and customer focus within a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare residential building contracts, tender documentation, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure contract inclusions, specifications, and pricing accurately reflect approved sales documentation.
- Coordinate contract preparation, execution, and contract variations.
- Maintain accurate contract records and document management throughout the customer journey.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely progression of contracts.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, company policies, and contractual requirements.
- Record and maintain accurate information within ClickHome.
- Monitor workflow deadlines and ensure service levels are achieved.
- Prepare reports and provide administrative support as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies.
About You
You will be a highly organised administrator with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
You will also bring:
- Previous experience in Contracts Administration within the residential construction or building industry.
- A strong understanding of residential building contracts and documentation.
- Knowledge of Queensland residential building legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong customer service focus with the ability to build positive relationships.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience using ClickHome or similar construction management software will be highly regarded.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and delivering exceptional service.
