We are seeking a proactive Assistant Project Manager to join our Project Leaders team. This role offers exposure to clients across a wide range of industry sectors, accelerating your career success. Project Leaders, a service line of Colliers, delivers expert, end-to-end development advisory and client-side project management services to national and international clients, leveraging the Colliers brand across the property market. Our team manages and delivers comprehensive project management solutions throughout the property lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the operational delivery of projects, adhering to client and contractual requirements, program, procedures, and relevant legislation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to ensure superior team performance for clients in all aspects of project delivery, including scope, time, cost, profitability, quality, human resources, communications, risk management, health, safety, environment, and procurement.
• Contribute to the project process, particularly in relation to methodology, tendering, payment processing, consultant management, and site activities.
• Assist in developing and maintaining strong client and key stakeholder relationships.
• Support meetings and minute proceedings as required.
• Complete system documents and procedures to ensure compliance with third-party accreditations.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar industry role.
• Ideally, commenced or completed a degree or formal qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Design, or Construction.
• Good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to converse with all staff levels.
• Essential proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Microsoft Project.
