We are seeking a driven and motivated Associate ready for career advancement. The Associate will balance project involvement with strategic contributions, working with senior leadership to build momentum, identify opportunities, and define growth strategies. Responsibilities:
- Implement business strategy to support an emerging workstream, collaborating with the National and NSW Health lead on pursuit plans.
- Provide regular updates to internal leadership on implementation strategy.
- Lead Project Management Commissions, overseeing end-to-end service delivery, particularly for large or complex projects in the healthcare sector.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality targets.
- Provide strategic advice at the project conception stage, including recommendations on approaches to achieve client objectives.
- Lead the establishment of overall project success criteria, encompassing time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
- Plan for and manage quality, safety, health, and environment issues.
- Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems for project utilisation.
- Undertake project planning, ensuring the production of detailed project plans.
- Advise on the procurement of resources.
- Lead and facilitate the cross-functional project team.
- Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including KPIs, to enhance project performance.
- Manage the change control process.
- Monitor and advise on project finances.
- Manage project information flow between the team and client through regular meetings and written communications.
- Ensure the production of formal project progress and other reports.
- Take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages.
Qualifications:
- Professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying, architecture, or information technology.
- Qualifications in Project Management.
