LD TOTAL is seeking an experienced Bobcat/Skid Steer Operator to join our expanding team in Perth. You will contribute to delivering high-quality commercial landscape projects throughout the Northern suburbs. LD Total is a landscape company with multiple awards, specialising in landscape and irrigation design, commercial and residential construction, maintenance, and residential lot packages. With operations across WA, VIC, SA, and QLD, our growth is driven by our strong reputation, quality projects, and dedication to our employees.

About the Role: You will collaborate with a supportive and experienced crew on a range of projects. This role is ideal for individuals who are hands-on, take pride in their work, and wish to join a company that values its people. It presents a significant opportunity for a stable, long-term position.

What You Will Contribute:

• A Bobcat/Skid Steer ticket (foot & hand controls).
• Substantial experience operating machinery on-site.
• An MR Licence; an HR Licence is highly regarded.
• A White Card.
• A strong emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.
• The capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Confidence in reading landscape plans and levels.
• A commitment to maintaining equipment and upholding high work standards.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Landscaping experience is preferred but not essential.
