CGC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Building Planner for a contract role with a nationally recognised Tier 1 builder. This organisation undertakes commercial and government projects with values ranging from millions to billions of dollars.

This is a rare opportunity to provide professional programming and scheduling advice for construction projects in Queensland. The successful candidate will possess a strong building background, ideally with a Tier 1 or large Tier 2 builder.

Requirements for Success:

• Full working rights in Australia.
• Previous experience as a Building Planner with a known builder.
• Experience on projects valued at $200 million or more.
• Experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder.
• Must have a commercial background.
• Availability for a 6-month contract/temporary role.
• A comprehensive understanding of the full lifecycle of a construction project.
