Coral Homes is seeking a Building Supervisor for a full-time, onsite role in Hervey Bay.

Role Requirements: To be successful in this position, candidates will possess a keen eye for detail and a "can do" attitude. This role will operate within the Hervey Bay region.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects, including trades and labour.
• Program works to meet minimum timeframes.
• Problem-solve and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure knowledge of and adherence to WH&S requirements.
• Maintain close liaison between internal and external staff.
• Engage closely with clients and build relationships.

Skills & Experience:

• Sound technical knowledge, including home building experience and background.
• Strong understanding of Australian Building Codes, Council requirements, and Covenants.
• Certificate IV Building & Construction (essential).
• A minimum trade background.
• Site Supervisor Licence (QLD).
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team player and unsupervised.
• Good forward planning, programming, and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent professional and personal presentation.
• Computer literacy.
• Full, unencumbered driver's licence (essential).
