Skerman Civil is seeking a Site Foreman/Supervisor to lead projects to high standards.

Your Responsibilities

As a Site Foreman, you will collaborate with the Civil Construction team and undertake the following:

• Coordinate site staff and subcontractors.
• Manage trades, labour, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety (WH&S) regulations.
• Deliver projects on schedule and within budget, while upholding quality.
• Support and guide civil workers.
• Drive the construction program.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will need:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with a demonstrated history in subdivisions, roads, and bulk earthworks.
• Proficient organisational and communication abilities.
• Capability in reporting and programming.
• Computer literacy.
• Relevant tickets and a construction white card.
