ACEREZ, a collaboration between ACCIONA, COBRA, and Endeavour Energy, has been appointed by EnergyCo as the network operator for the design, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) transmission network. The ACCIONA COBRA Joint Venture (ACJV), the design and construct consortium, will undertake the construction of the Central-West Orana REZ transmission project.

Job Description

Our Central-West Orana REZ Transmission Project requires skilled civil labourers to support tasks including clearing, fencing, and the installation of cattle grids across 240km of overhead transmission line towers situated on private property.

Successful candidates will be expected to travel and reside in Merotherie, NSW, operating on a 14 days on, 7 days off roster. Working days may extend up to 12 hours.

Camp facilities provided include dry and wet mess, a recreational activities room, covered and outdoor sports fields, a gym, a medical centre, BBQ areas, a community room, and an onsite convenience store. Remuneration is competitive and aligns with the Acciona Construction Australia NSW Transmission Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2028.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in a comparable role.
• Experience on large-scale construction or FIFO projects.
• Possession of a Construction white card.
• A full C class driver's licence and your own vehicle.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check.

Desirable

• Plant operating tickets are advantageous.
