Ironcore Workforce is seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators to join well-established civil contractors undertaking significant projects throughout South Australia. These projects encompass bulk earthworks, subdivisions, and road infrastructure. With a robust pipeline of work and a solid industry reputation, this presents an opportunity for consistent, stable employment with an organisation that values its team.

Available Opportunities We are currently recruiting operators proficient in a range of plant, including:

• Dozers
• Excavators
• Skid Steers
• Loaders
• Rollers
• Graders
• Watercarts
• Moxy / Articulated Dump Trucks

The Role Responsibilities will differ based on the machinery operated and may involve:

• Bulk earthworks and site preparation.
• Final trim and detailed finishing tasks.
• Loading, hauling, and material movement.
• Dust suppression and watercart operations.
• Daily pre-start checks, shutdown procedures, and general maintenance.
• Operating machinery ranging from 5t to 50t.
• GPS experience (Topcon, Trimble or UTS) is highly desirable.

Requirements

• White Card (required).
• Current driver’s licence and dependable transport.
• Demonstrated experience operating machinery within civil, construction, or mining sectors.
• Relevant tickets.
• A strong commitment to safety and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team.
